Walk-in burglary.

On Thursday 6th May at around 2.00pm, a house on Birstall Road (close to the council office) suffered a 'walk-in burglary'. The occupant was in the property at the time, but was busy elsewhere in the house and had not secured the rear entrance to the kitchen area. A handbag containing credit cards etc was stolen.

Damage to cars - Meadow lane.

On the morning of Friday 30th April, two cars on the Watermead Park Car Park on Meadow Lane, Birstall were damaged/broken into.
