Witness appeal.
We have received the following witness appeal from PC Rich Carruthers:-An incident occurred on Wed 29th February between 12.30 and 12.45 hrs at The Candy Boat which was moored between the Birstall Locks and White Horse Lane. Police are looking for a witness who may have seen something at these times when walking her two Jack Russell dogs along the tow path. We request she gets in contact with the police as soon as possible using telephone number 101 and the crime reference number: LC/996/12-5.
