Birstall Burglaries.

Birstall has been hit with a large number of burglaries in the last few days:-

Overnight 21st/22nd August. Saturday/Sunday.
Saltersgate Drive (midle part) - House burglary.
Saltersgate Drive (middle part) - 4 Shed/Garage burglaries.
(all houses are next to each other, access gained through gardens).
Johnson Road (middle part) - House burglary.
Loughborough Road (close to Hermitage Road) - 2 Shed/Garage burglaries.
Tempest Road - Shed/Garage burglary.

Overnight 24th/25th August. Tuesday/Wednesday.
Curzon Avenue (close to School Lane. - Shed/Garage burglary.
Greengate Lane (close to the school) - Attempted house burglary.
Johnson Road (middle part) - Shed/Garage burglary.
Harrowgate Drive (close to Queensgate Drive) - Shed/Garage burglary.
Queensgate Drive (close to Harrowgate Drive) - Shed/Garage burglary.

Scenes of crime officers are working extremely hard to identify potential offenders through forensic examinations. Any further information gained through the community would be extremely welcomed.
